Monthly Retainer Services
- Require 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle

- Services will continue through the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for the current month's services already in progress
- All work completed up to the cancellation date will be delivered
Project-Based Services
- Can be canceled at any time before project completion
- Payment required for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Deposit amounts are generally non-refundable
- Any third-party expenses already incurred are non-refundable
- Completed deliverables will be provided upon final payment
Long-Term Contracts
- Some services may require a minimum commitment period (typically 3-6 months)
- Early termination may be subject to an early termination fee
- Terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement
- In cases of breach of contract by either party, different terms may apply
Notice Period
To ensure a smooth transition and proper completion of ongoing work, we require advance notice for service cancellations:
- Monthly Services: 30 days written notice before the next billing date
- Quarterly Services: 45 days written notice before the next billing date
- Annual Services: 60 days written notice before renewal
- Project-Based: Immediate cancellation possible, subject to payment for work completed
Notice periods allow us to properly wind down campaigns, transfer ownership of accounts and assets, and provide final reporting and documentation.
Impact on Ongoing Campaigns
Paid Advertising Campaigns
When canceling paid advertising services:
- Active campaigns will continue running until the end of the notice period or until paused
- You are responsible for advertising spend up to the cancellation date
- We will transfer account ownership and access to you
- Final performance reports will be provided
- Any unused advertising budget will remain in your account
SEO Services
When canceling SEO services:
- Ongoing optimization work will cease at the end of the notice period
- All implemented changes and content created will remain on your website
- We will provide a final SEO audit and recommendations report
- Access to tracking and analytics tools may be transferred or terminated
- Rankings may fluctuate after active optimization stops
Website Development
When canceling during website development:
- All completed work phases will be delivered
- You own the work that has been completed and paid for
- Incomplete features or phases will not be delivered
- Source files and assets for completed work will be provided
- Final payment for completed work must be made before file transfer
Financial Obligations
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable upon cancellation:
- Initial deposits or setup fees
- Work already completed and delivered
- Third-party advertising spend
- Software licenses, tools, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
- Domain registrations and hosting fees
- Services rendered during the current billing period
Outstanding Payments
All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before cancellation is finalized. This includes any work completed up to the cancellation date. Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in:
- Withholding of final deliverables
- Retention of account access credentials
- Late payment fees as outlined in your service agreement
- Referral to collections agency
- Legal action to recover unpaid amounts
How to Cancel Services
To cancel your services with HelpToGroww, please follow these steps:
- Submit Written Notice: Send a cancellation request via email to info@helptogroww.com including:
- Your name and company name
- Service agreement or client ID number
- Services you wish to cancel
- Desired cancellation date (subject to notice period requirements)
- Brief reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
- Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request within 1-2 business days
- Exit Interview: We may request a brief call to discuss the cancellation, gather feedback, and ensure smooth transition
- Final Invoice: You will receive a final invoice for any outstanding work or services
- Asset Transfer: Upon payment of final invoice, we will transfer all applicable accounts, access, and deliverables
- Final Confirmation: You will receive confirmation when the cancellation is complete
Transition Support
During the notice period, we will provide reasonable transition support including:
- Transfer of account access credentials
- Handover documentation and reports
- Brief training or guidance for your new provider (if requested)
- Export of data and analytics
- Final recommendations and strategic insights
Extensive transition support beyond reasonable handover activities may be provided at an additional hourly rate.
Cancellation by HelpToGroww
We reserve the right to cancel services under certain circumstances:
- Non-payment of invoices after repeated notices
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Unethical or illegal business practices by the client
- Repeated failure to provide necessary information or access
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our team
In such cases, we will provide written notice and may offer a brief transition period. You will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the cancellation date.
Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate services after cancellation, we welcome the opportunity to work with you again. However, please note:
- Previous service terms may no longer be available
- Current pricing and packages will apply
- Availability is subject to our current capacity
- A new service agreement will be required
- Setup fees may apply for reactivation
